 Our Coffee

Moredocofe along with its out growers produces three different types of finest coffees that Ethiopia provides to the world, i.e.  Sidamo, Limu and Yirgachefe coffees.

Our Sidamo coffee is shed grown in natural high-altitude condition that ranges between 1600-2000 meter above sea level in the jungle of Dawa catchment. We handpick the fully matured red cheery for dry and wet processing.

Sidamo

Sidamo coffee has rounded, balanced cup with moderate acidity and decent body. It’s spicy taste and flowery aroma has been highly appreciated by our customers. 

Limu

Limu coffee comes from the western highlands of Ethiopia - the area around the town of Limu. The coffee tree is indigenous to this land since coffee trees still wild in these areas. This area represents the perfect habitat to grow truly superior coffee. Limu coffee is renowned for its good balanced cup, spicy and winey taste with flowery fragrance.

Yirgachefe

Our Yirgachefe coffee is grown at altitude of 2000m near Lake Abaya South of Addis Ababa. It has fine acidity, a balanced body and a unique taste. This coffee has bluish raw appearance and medium to large bean size with intense floral or flowery aroma and lemony taste.
